Payment Policy

  1. You agree to pay for P2P Recruitment services in the manner specified by P2P Recruitment from time to time.
  2. P2P Recruitment reserves the right to change, from time to time, the prices it charges for the services. You agree to pay the prices stated at the time you purchase the services.
  3. All prices quoted for P2P Recruitment services are exclusive of GST. GST will be added to such prices and charged to you at the time of payment.
  4. All amounts owing to P2P Recruitment must be paid at the time of purchase unless P2P Recruitment has consented otherwise.
  5. You are obliged to pay for the services that P2P Recruitment agrees to provide you with regardless of whether you utilise or fully utilise those services. If you do not provide P2P Recruitment with the necessary materials or information for P2P Recruitment to deliver these services to you, you are still liable to P2P Recruitment for full payment.
  6. If you do not pay your account on time P2P Recruitment may disable your account without notice and refuse to supply further services to you.
  7. You agree that pursuant to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), P2P Recruitment may obtain from either a credit reporting agency or other credit providers personal credit information about you and/or your directors or a consumer credit report about you for the purposes of assessing any commercial credit application made by you and collecting overdue payments relating to commercial credit owed by you.
  8. You agree that P2P Recruitment may disclose this information to a credit reporting agency or any other interested person.
  9. P2P Recruitment may charge you interest on late payments at its applicable bank interest rate plus any costs we incur as a result of collecting your payment.
  10. Employers will incur all costs and charges that are payable to any banks or financial institution when making payment for p2p Recruitment Services.
  11. Therefore when paying or transferring fund into the p2p Recruitment bank account in Australia, Pay Pal, Stripe, Square employers or overseas candidates will need to ensure bank fees and currency conversion is been taken into account.
  12. p2p Recruitment will not be responsible or incur any fees or charges from the banks or any financial institution i.e. Pay Pal, Stripe, Square which are due to the transfer of funds or currency conversion.
