Terms and Conditions for Training Services

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of P2P Training Services' online training modules. By accessing or purchasing our training modules, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Subscription Plans

We offer two subscription plans:

  • 1-Month Access $350 AUD + 10% Tax for access to the entire suite of 35 training modules for 1 month.
  • 3 Months Access $500 AUD + 10% Tax for access to the entire suite of 35 training modules for 3 months.
  • 6 Months Access $700 AUD + 10% Tax for access to the entire suite of 35 training modules for 6 months.

GST (Goods and Services Tax)

The goods and services tax(GST) in Australia is a value added tax of 10% on most goods and services sales.

  • This tax is payable to the federal government of Australia.
  • A GST-registered business must charge its customers GST on taxable goods and services it provides.
  • A registered business must periodically lodge Business Activity Statements (monthly, quarterly or annually), and at the same time pay the net amount of GST owed to the tax office.
  • Therefore, p2p Recruitment will be obligated to charge overseas pharmacist applicants 10% of its services provided.
  • Overseas pharmacist applicants are not exempted from GST and must be payable in order for the services to be provided.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase.
  • We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.

Access and Usage

  • You have access to the training modules for the specified period (1 month or 3 months or 6 months) from the date of purchase.
  • You are not permitted to share your login credentials or grant access to others.
  • You must use the training modules for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, including text, images, and videos, is the intellectual property of P2P Recruitment and Training Services.
  • You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate your access to the training modules if you breach these Terms.
  • Upon termination, you will lose access to the training modules.

Governing Law

  • These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of QLD Australia

Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update and modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

By purchasing our training modules, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
